Saif-Kareena's Film 'Agent Vinod' banned in Pakistan

Its 's been trouble for this Bollywood spy thriller from day one - Saif Ali Khan's 'Agent Vinod' is now banned in Pakistan.
The Pakistan's Central Board of Film Censors has banned the Saif Ali Khan-Kareena Kapoor starrer scheduled to be released on Friday .
The reason being bandied about is that it contains references to Pakistan Intelligent agency ISI that could hurt the sentiments of Pakistani people.
The distributors of the film had been banned due to the contents. Atrium Cinemas of Karachi also confirmed the ban but the film's posters and trailers are still available on websites.
Talking to media Saif said that it is a shame that the movie is banned, as the idea is to have open films between the two countries. Saif was proud that this film was to release in Pakistan as well.
 
In fact the heroine in the film is a Pakistani girl. The movie shows a few most-wanted criminals taking shelter in Pakistan. But ultimately the RAW agent win over the bad boys.

The 41-year-old actor, who plays a RAW (Indian intelligent agency) agent in the film with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor in the female lead, said that Agent Vinod has drawn references from the real-life tension between Pakistan and India.
The protagonist’s partner joins a terror group and supplies them with all the information they seek but is killed and requires the character of 'Agent Vinod' to solve the mystery.
 
The protagonist reportedly travels to Moscow, Pakistan, London  and  Cape Town to accomplish his mission.
